三、Polyethylene fiber
FS2\SBC120 camel ace, 150 series polymer membrane is polyethylene synthetic
polymer materials mainly waterproof layer, additive, Anti-aging layer, increase
viscosity Polypropylene nonwoven layer and through automated composite
production lines from the new waterproof materials.
Properties:
Its surfaces are rough for non-woven fabric fibers are in an irregular and crossing structure, forming a cubic network. It can stick well with many materials, particularly with cement materials as long as no obvious water on the base layer. Due to its good overall performance, high tensile strength, anti-leakage capacity, viscidity, softness in low temperature, small coefficient of expansion and small coefficient of friction, it can be used in sand soil with stable and reliable performance. It is a green product, free from toxin and environmental pollution.

Construction operating requirements :
(1) Base layer (leveling layer) must be cleared up and sprinkled to keep moisture. (Notice: the waterproof leveling layer of roofs shall meet requirements stated in GB50207-94 Technical Code for Roof Engineering; the waterproof leveling layer underground shall meet requirements stated in GBJ208-83 Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Underground Waterproof Engineering.)
(2) Adhesive is made out of polyvinyl alcohol glue solution, with the cement accounting for 10~15%. It must be mixed well, no sedimentation, no curds and no separation.
(3) Before the construction of master waterproof layer for roofs, sealing treatment or extra layers shall given to particular parts or points where water is centralized and discharged or in complicate structure. The coiled materials of extra layers shall be the same as that of the master waterproof layer.
(4) Polyether-based polyurethanes are used as sealing material. If not, the adopted sealing material should contain no mineral oil, Vaseline and other chemicals which affect the performance of polyethylene.
(5) All corners should have extra layers; extra layers for jointing corners shall be in a circular arc, R=20mm.
(6) Full spreading method is used to spread the coiled materials. Adhesive is firstly spread well on the base layer, no missing and no stacking; once the spreading work completed, coiled materials shall be spread on immediately. A long time may affect the adhesive quality.
(7) No folding and no over stretching when spreading the waterproof coiled materials. Air and unwanted adhesive shall be removed when spreading to make sure that layers of coiled materials are stuck with each other firmly, so do the coiled materials with the base layer.
(8) The lapping width of waterproof coiled materials is no less than 100mm.
(9) One third width shall be overlapped between the upper/lower layer and the seaming of two adjacent coiled materials on the same layer.
